How can I schedule a session with you?

I offer therapy for general concerns such as anxiety and depression, and I’m also registered with major UK insurers like Bupa, AXA, WPA and Aviva, making it easier for you to access the support you need.

If you’d like, feel free to email me at connect@psychanna.com. Or just use the form on the website. You can briefly describe your situation, what you’d like to explore in therapy, and any specific concerns. I’ll then reach out to arrange a suitable date and time. If you’re unsure which of my services would be most helpful, I’m happy to guide you toward the best option for your needs.

How should I prepare for a session once we've scheduled an online session?

Having a reliable Internet connection and the necessary device (computer or phone), you don’t need anything else. It’s a good idea to ensure that the space where you’ll be talking is private to make the most of our meeting. Find a quiet place where you won’t be disturbed, allowing you to focus solely on our conversation. Online psychological consultations are just as effective as in-person sessions, but in both cases, the client’s engagement is equally crucial.

Can an online psychologist provide the same level of help as an in-office psychologist?

Absolutely! Online psychological consultations are just as effective as face-to-face ones. The accessibility of an online psychologist is particularly valuable for individuals who value their time and want to avoid commuting to an office. Online therapy is also a great choice for mothers with children who want to seek psychological help without leaving their homes. Online therapy is an excellent solution for anyone who prefers to talk about their emotions from home, without a need to drive anywhere.

Will the information I share during the session be disclosed to someone else?

As a counselling and clinical psychologist, I adhere to the ethical principles of the psychology profession and follow the ethical code of the HCPC (Health and Care Professions Council in UK). This means that any confidential information you share with me will remain strictly between us. Only in very exceptional circumstances (e.g., a threat to health or life) the confidentiality might be breached, and first I will inform you about it. Otherwise, everything you say remains confidential – it’s a fundamental aspect of building a trust-based relationship.

Can I reschedule a session/consultation?

Certainly. If you are unable to attend the scheduled appointment, please inform me at least two days in advance, and we can arrange another suitable time. Otherwise, unfortunately 100% fee for the session will be deducted.

Is online therapy an option for me?

Online therapy is a suitable options for everyone. Thanks to technology, we can bring psychological services to the digital realm, offering unlimited possibilities. Online therapy is also a good choice if you struggle with social interactions and prefer to speak with a psychologist from the comfort of your own home.

I am still living with my narcissistic partner / I’m still in contact with them. Can your sessions or ebook still help me?

My ebooks, resources and sessions with me prepare you to distance yourself from your narcissistic partner not only physically but also emotionally as well. You don’t need to have left them or already be practising no contact for this to work.

How long will I have access to resources?

Once you download any of my materials, it is yours forever and you can use it anytime.

I accidently deleted an email with your ebook. What should I do?

No worries! Simply e-mail me at connect@psychanna.com and tell me what has happened.
