I am a Clinical Psychologist and EMDR therapist offering online therapy.
I work with people experiencing OCD, anxiety, depression, trauma and the impact of difficult or toxic relationships. My work is trauma-informed, LGBT+ affirmative, and grounded in evidence-based psychological practice. I understand that trauma is not only stored in memories, but also in the body and nervous system, which is why I integrate somatic and body-based approaches alongside talking therapy.

Online therapy is a well-established and evidence-based form of psychological treatment. Research consistently shows that online therapy is as effective as in-person sessions for common difficulties such as anxiety, depression, trauma and stress-related problems.
The main difference is convenience. You can attend sessions from your home or office, without travel time or geographical limitations. This allows you to choose a therapist who truly fits your needs, regardless of location.

I provide online therapy for adults and adolescents aged 14+ based in the UK and internationally.
I accept self-referrals as well as clients funded through major private health insurance providers.
Sessions are conducted in English or Polish.
