This isn’t just talk therapy. I use trauma-informed, nervous system-based approaches that go deeper:

EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) to process trauma without having to retell it

EFT/tapping and somatic techniques to regulate your body and emotions

CBT and parts work to change the thoughts and inner narratives keeping you stuck

Mindfulness and self-compassion tools you can actually use in real life (even in the middle of a spiral)
